Take advantage of a $700 per person early booking discount through September. Airfare is not included.

Discover southern charm - from Memphis to New Orleans - aboard the American Queen. Begin your voyage with an included one-night hotel stay in Memphis, the historic birthplace of rock ‘n’ roll and urban blues and a city of plentiful iconic American attractions. Settle into your riverboat home as you cruise to Terrene Landing, an influential river town in the Mississippi Delta region. Sail to Vicksburg - a city that looms large in Civil War history as sustaining a devastating siege. Today, Vicksburg’s beautiful historic homes survive intact. Cruise the river to Natchez, the oldest European settlement in the Lower Mississippi River Valley, and immerse yourself in its magnificent antebellum architecture. Spend a day in Louisiana’s capital, Baton Rouge, and explore its wealth of sites, from the art deco capitol building to a retired WWII destroyer. Then stop in St. Francisville. Perched on the bluffs overlooking the river, this tiny town maintains more than 140 buildings on National Register of Historic Places. Before disembarking in New Orleans, sail to visit the largest antebellum mansion in the South, the Nottoway Plantation.
