The Washburn University Alumni Association and Foundation is asking for a donation of one non-perishable food item per attendee. Collection tables will be set up at each gate, and the items will go to Harvesters.

Things to remember:
- Lawn chairs, food and drink are not allowed on the Yager Stadium field turf or track surface. Blankets are allowed. The concession stands will be open selling popcorn, hot dogs, drinks and other snacks and attendees are welcome to eat in the stands, concourse or on the grass. You may bring in your own food and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Nearly all parking is free during the weekend. Ample parking is available east and south of Petro Allied Health Center and north of Stoffer Science Hall. For accessibility needs, those wishing to sit on the field level should enter the stadium from the southeast entrance. Those wishing to sit on the concourse level can enter through the northwest stadium entrances. Lot 16, directly north of Yager Stadium, will be closed due to the Mulvane Art Fair. (view campus map)
- Starting at 6:30 p.m., people can enter through the southeast and northwest gates of Yager Stadium. A donation of one non-perishable food item per attendee is requested with the collected items going to Harvesters.
- Seating is open and unreserved in all bleachers and chair-back seats. Attendees may bring blankets and sit on the grass or on the field. Attendees may not use lawn chairs on the artificial field turf or running track surface.
- Food and beverage: The concession stand will be selling popcorn, other snacks and drinks. Food and drinks are not allowed on the artificial field turf or running track surfaces.
- Jungle Cruise is rated PG-13 due to violence and thematic elements. All ages are welcome as you know your child best.
