Washburn Women’s Venture Partners
Washburn Women’s Venture Partners (WWVP) is a giving circle comprising of Washburn alumnae and friends who volunteer their time and commit financial support to Washburn University. Celebrating its 14th year as an organization in 2022, the group awarded 18 grants for the 2022-2023 school year to Washburn University and Washburn University Institute of Technology. Grant applications from all facets of campus life are considered for funding on a yearly basis.
Altogether, WWVP has awarded 172 grants totaling more than $567,000.

Giving Circle
Plans are underway to expand the number of women who want to participate in the Washburn Women’s Venture Partners giving circle. Members of WWVP make a commitment to donate a minimum of $2,000 per year to go to these university projects.
